Anthony the Great! | Fighting Childhood Cancer
Anthony was diagnosed with ALL or Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia this year at the sweet age of 3. His mama shared with me that he has done well with his treatments so far and is “kicking cancer’s ass!”… and that her sweet, smart and beautiful boy will overcome the terrible evil that is pediatric cancer. When Kelsey asked if I’d document this part of Anthony’s journey I said yes and couldn’t wait to meet this brave little boy. When I first met Anthony I knew his superpowers were his kindness, charm, and courage… I’m also certain that his mama is one of the great fearless superhero sidekicks that no great story is without. Always standing in the wings… ready at a moments notice and swooping in to pick up the hero when he’s down – yet never taking the spotlight because her love is all to great. I am so thankful for the opportunity to have ran and played with Anthony and most of all to have experienced the light and joy that he brings to this world.
